Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products

We sell flooring materials, which are typically supplied in packs. Pack sizes and coverage areas are stated on each product listing. Please note that product images are for illustration purposes only — colours and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings, batch variations, and natural material characteristics. We recommend ordering a sample before committing to a full order.

3. Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of any payment taken.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

5. Payment

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as other payment methods available at checkout. Full payment must be received and confirmed before your order is dispatched. We do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Free delivery may be available on orders over a stated threshold — please refer to our Delivery page for current rates and conditions. While we aim to meet all stated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier disruption or adverse weather. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible.

7. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: we are unable to accept returns on products that have been cut, laid, or otherwise used.

8. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or full refund. We may ask you to return the item before a resolution is issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products purchased from us. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our website, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
