Returns Policy

  • Return period: 30 days from delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Non-returnable items: used or opened products, and any included gifts

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Free return label provided for faulty or damaged items
  • Paid return label available if customer has changed their mind

How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@floored.co.uk with subject: "Return + Order Number" and reason for return
  2. Customer service responds within 24 hours
  3. Confirm pickup location and time
  4. Receive return shipping label
  5. Package items securely in original condition
  6. Item returned to warehouse and inspected
  7. Refund process begins after approval
  8. Refund issued to original payment method within 10 business days

Exchanges

  • 30-day exchange period from delivery
  • Customer covers exchange shipping costs
  1. Email support@floored.co.uk with subject: "Exchange + Order Number"
  2. Confirm return details and replacement item
  3. Receive shipping label and return item
  4. Item inspected and replacement dispatched

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If damaged on arrival, refuse delivery where possible and contact immediately
  • If noticed after delivery, email within 24 hours
  • Include photos of product and packaging, order number, and description
  • Floored covers return shipping for damaged or faulty items
  • Replacement sent at no additional cost
